On Saturday 11th July 2009 , at the Fairfield Halls Concert Hall in Croydon, the 'Piglet Biters' together with guest acts played to an appreciative and enthusiastic audience... to raise money for 'Children With Leukaemia' - a charity which was inaugurated by Princess Diana. Leukaemia is the most common cancer in children, accounting for a third of all cases.
The event was dedicated to Amy Wallace who lost her battle with this wicked disease on May 30th 2008 after a brave 7-year fight. She was thirteen years old.
